Join us for our travels throughout Yugyd Va National Park, located in the Intinsky District of the Komi Republic. There we were greeted by the area’s picturesque natural beauty under some not-so-welcoming temperatures of 40 below. The drastic changes in weather were also a bit of a shock: From blazing sunshine on a clear, blue day to a chilling, harsh snowstorm. I however, have no right to complain. That is what spring weather is like in the Nether-Polar Urals. What the rest of us consider to be “spring” weather definitely does not get here until well after March))
