You'd better avoid Ded Moroz if you're shorter than two meters and have hang-ups about it.


Our Ded Moroz from Veliky Ustyug makes anyone go through a lot of different emotions, for instance children while looking at him feel happy, I saw it by myself. Adults feel another way.

The team has just visited the patrimony of Ded Moroz who is a real New Year's symbol. Just think up 43 ha of a selected pine forest with a terem* in the middle. There is an alley (or maybe a path?) of fairy tales and other interactive entertainments.

But it's Ded Moroz who impresses most of all! Between you and me, there are several ones, but the real “true” one is that presents out New Year's folklore in other cities and countries.

Ded is very tall, about two meters. With height of 160 cm I was up to his waist! If one imagine his voice was measured in meters, it would be rather taller than his height.

And in general he turned out to be an excellent actor, has never given it straight, even in front of the camera he behaved in a manner of a conciliar nature, that is with dignity and with an air of importance, in one word – a lovely sight!
